L’Inserm, l’épidémiologie et l’orientation de la santé publique
Résumé
Médecin et Professeure d’épidémiologie et de santé publique, à l’Université de Paris, Corinne Alberti est, depuis 2017, directrice de l’Institut de Santé publique de l’Inserm. Elle est aussi directrice du Centre d’investigation clinique -Épidemiologie clinique (Inserm CIC-EC 1426) de l’hôpital universitaire pédiatrique Robert Debré et codirectrice de l’UMR 1123 Épidémiologie clinique et évaluation économique appliquées aux populations vulnérables (ECEVE). Ses travaux concernent les problématiques spécifiques de la recherche en pédiatrie qu’elles soient méthodologiques, épidémiologiques, ou en santé publique. Dans le champ de la santé publique, Corinne Alberti s’intéresse notamment aux parcours de soins chez les adolescents atteints de maladie chronique et au développement d’interventions pour le bien-être des adolescents et jeunes adultes. Elle propose ici une synthèse sur l’articulation entre épidémiologie et santé publique au sein de l’Inserm. Physician and Professor of Epidemiology and Public Health, at the University of Paris, Corinne Alberti, has been Director of the Institute of Public Health of the French National Institute for Health and Medical Research since 2017. She is also Director of the Clinical Investigation Centre - Clinical Epidemiology (Inserm CIC-EC 1426) of Robert Debré Hospital and Co-Director of UMR 1123 Clinical Epidemiology and Economic Evaluation Applied to Vulnerable Populations (ECEVE). Her work focuses on the specific issues of paediatric research, whether methodological, epidemiological or public health. In the field of public health, Corinne Alberti’s research interests include the treatment pathways for adolescents with chronic disease and the development of interventions for the well-being of adolescents and young adults. She proposes here a synthesis on the articulation between epidemiology and public health within the French National Institute for Health and Medical Research.
